“This is my long overdue review that I intended to submit for Beca several months ago- I am finally sitting down to write one worthy of her acumen as a realtor. Buckle up folks, there’s a lot here.

Full disclosure- Rebecca and I are friends first, agent-client second. Of course that meant that I was going to use her as representation in buying my first home, but I think we all know that that can come with a bit of risk. What if your friend just isn’t really that good at their job? Well after seeing Rebecca kill it in the business I had every bit of confidence in her when it came time to buy my first home late last year.

Rebecca is a natural- she is extremely intuitive when it comes to assessing her client’s needs, as well as crafting offers that are both respectful of budget and competitive in this (insane) market. This is evidenced primarily in the speed with which she is able to get her buyers under contract. Many buyers in this market have been looking for homes for a year or more. Not with Rebecca. As a Foreign Service spouse, Rebecca specializes in helping remote buyers find homes and investment properties. This includes creative solutions such as video tours and even closings over Zoom. With clients across the country and around the world, she takes very seriously the trust that her clients enlist in her to make these huge purchases. Knowing this, I referred my mom to Rebecca when she was looking for a house in the area but living out of state.
